Process flow of the 3200 corrugated fluting paper making machinery
This paper making machine is suitable to produce fluting paper and high strength fluting paper, which is 3200mm net paper width and paper weight 70-230g/ m2. Whole production flow as below:
Air cushion type headbox→ One wire →Two big jumbo roll press with double felt blind hole →Dryer cylinder group → sizing machine→ Horizontal reeling machine
Structure of this 3200 corrugated fluting paper making machinery
Forming section is air cushion type headbox. Press section adopts two jumbo roll press. Dryer section is 24sets dryer cyinders and reeling machine is horizontal type.

Warranty period of the Flute corrugated paper making machine
All equipment of this flute corrugated paper making machine’s warranty period: 12 months after normal production running. Bearing and rubber article’s warranty period: 12 months after normal production running. Supplier (our side) provide life-long maintenance of the equipment. Both supplier and customer need to negotiate the cost which will happen.
The warranty period start from the paper making machine’s normal production running. If something break down during warranty period, supplier will arrange professional workers to solved problems in scene. When shipment the equipment, supplier will provide the paper making machine’s general assembly drawing , foundation drawing, drive drawings and equipment instructions, schedule of engineering equipment, ect technical documents. If there is something change, will provide change file accordingly.
