Main description
This vacuum pres roll cylinder is cast iron, cover rubber. Cast iron material adopts high strength cast iron above HT250. Rubber thickness 20mm. High line pressure rubber, rubber hardness “A”98±2°. Roll surface drill double helix arrangement Φ2.5 blind hole, holes open rate 22.4%. Plum blossom arrangement hole, and drill holes with different of depth. Hole depth 9.5mm, correct dynamic balance after fine machining.
