Description
Headbox is one of the most import parts in paper making machine. Performance of headbox desides paper uniform and quailty! This Pingan made tissue paper machine, we adopt hydraulic headbox.
Headbox is to evenly distribute the pulp in the transverse direction of the whole paper machine, and reduce the fiber flocculation as far as possible, so as to produce uniform and quantitative paper.
The main inlet pipe of the hydraulic headbox is designed according to the theory of square cone transverse isobaric to ensure the initial transverse distribution of the pulp evenly. Then the pulp flow generates appropriate high-strength micro turbulence through the bundle tube distribution, homogenization chamber and turbulence generator, so that the fibers are fully dispersed, and the paper gets better uniformity and uniform quantitative distribution. The special labial slat has good adjustability. The dilution water banner control device can work automatically under the control of the QCS system of the paper machine, which makes the transverse basic weight adjustment of the paper sheet accurate and convenient.

Installation and commissioning

| 5. | The consumables (such as electric and gas welding apparatus, welding rod, welding wire, raw tape, etc.) required in the installation process shall be provided by the buyer. |
| 6. | During commissioning, the buyer shall send personnel to actively assist the supplier. |
